Meet Tina

Tina, RVT

Tina started her career by enrolling in the one-year Veterinary Assistant program at St. Lawrence College (SLC) in 2001. Realizing she wanted to further her career in the Veterinary field, she went on to complete the three-year Veterinary Technologist program at SLC as well, graduating in 2005. She secured a job at her placement clinic where she worked for five years after graduation. She then decided a job closer to home would work better for her after expanding her family and she has enjoyed working at her current full-time RVT position for the past 11 years. Her part-time position at the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital has helped her gain valuable experience in emergency medicine. She shares her home with her human and animal family members. She loves being creative when the moment presents itself and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
